1-26-14 3000gt Belts Wobbling or Not?

I thought the car engine sounded like it was making a new noise -that shouldn't be there- and at first suspected the belts. Well, the accessory belts not the timing belt. A bad sign would have been any wobbling or too much play in the belts, so I took a video to be able to watch the belts without running the car too much. The power steering belt is older than the alternator belt, so I sprayed some water on it to see if it made more noise or not, and it did, but was that the belt making more noise, or something else like a pulley? It did end up being a pulley -the crank pulley- which just goes to show, just because the belt gets louder with water doesn't mean for sure that it's a bad belt.
